Goal:
– 65 pushups in 2 minutes (minimum +10)
– 75 situps in 2 minutes (minimum +10)

Purpose:
– Build PT capability to exceed the minimum standards of the PT test

Strategy:
– Begin Day 1 at 20 pushups and 30 situps
– Increase each by 1 rep each day
– Beginning Day 16, increase each by 2 reps each day
– Optional progress tests administered before Friday workouts.
