Ruck Preparation – 6901 Sardis not 6109

My more experienced, wiser and younger friends have advised repeatedly that if you do nothing else to prepare for a GR Challenge, then miles rucking is the best way to prepare.  We have two more Thursdays to get some miles in.

0445h – 0615h tomorrow.  6901 Sardis Road (gravel parking lot).  4-5 miles.  Sidewalks, roadway, trails with hills.  It was pretty entertaining last week.
