AAR:

Killer work out there Team! It is so rewarding to lead such a group of strong individuals. Additionally it was an honor to have 2 new men, but even a greater honor to have those 2 guys being Veterans. 1 was from 11th Infantry (Badass aka. Ralph) while the other is a Retired Colonel (Respect!..A.R.T.Y. named after the abbreviated version of Artillery as that was his specialty). It’s not every day that we get the chance to be surrounded by Heroes and teamSPEARHEAD greatly appreciated having you out there with us today. Ralph earned his name the same way MOG did, as during the Challenge this past weekend the Buffalo Trace had to make an appearance shortly after the PT test…so rightfully so, SPEARHEAD didn’t forget this epic moment.

A.R.T.Y. a Colonel, nuff said. He was in town representing the George W. Bush Institute and interviewing The Charlotte Bridge Home as to determine if they could be one of the Top 25 Non-Profit Veterans organizations in the nation. Good Luck CBH!!!

MOG admitted that it wasn’t The Hoff workout that caused his regurgitation, but that it was something that plagued him his whole life, even when he played football…needless-to-say TL was a little sad about that fact that it wasn’t the difficulty of the workout, lol.

The over-whelming theme of the past weekend’s GORUCK events hammered home the fact that Veterans need support. They need somewhere they can go to get a sense of brotherhood that was so prevalent during the times when Active. teamSPEARHEAD is so proud to have this workout at CBH and hope to see more Veterans out there so we can provide a substitute for men and women that want to crush a workout PT style and build bonds at the same time.

Thanks to GI Sunshine for naming my medicine ball as well.  TL described it as “Wilson” and she immediately connected the 2 Tom Hanks movies and named it Bubba!  Nice work.

Please use the comment section below and let’s get the chatter started!

Thank you for working out with us today.  As always it was a pleasure to lead such a strong group!

Respectfully, The Hoff
