Great workout, team!

25 flutter kicks (ruck on chest)

1 minute max push-ups

1 minute max sit-ups

25 flutter kicks (ruck on chest)

1 minute max push-ups

1 minute max sit-ups

Jack Webb to 5/20 (push-ups on ruck / overhead press with ruck)

Move to wall behind YMCA for People’s Chair (wall-sits)

In-board for 30, 0ut-board for 30, hands to the sky for 30, rest with 10 push-ups (with ruck)

Repeat

Move to hill, begin walking lunges down hill when we reach speed bump

Brief break halfway to stop sign, then resume until we reach the end of the road  (total distance ~200 yards of lunges)

Ruck one mile

25 Zircher squats

10 ruck overhead presses

25 Zircher squats

15 ruck overhead presses

25 flutter kicks (ruck on chest)

1 minute max push-ups

1 minute max sit-ups
