It has been a rough week, Brewruck, and Tue, Wed, Thu insane workouts.
Crabcake (the original ) and Astronomer (no K9 today, but I do need to bring him to a PT session to prep him for upcoming challenges)
Started out with 7 min of superjoints FLEXIBILITY EXERCISES, take note young Qs.
Followed by 2 sets of HIIT: (okay, maybe it wasn’t that high intensity, but we did sweat)

Tricep press on bench
Cross body knee
Push Up
Abs and Ass 30 work/30 Rest 7min 30 sec total
Prisoner squat
Side lunge
Situp (with ruck the first time)
V Up
Bicycle crunch
Plank
Cross body knee
Side plank dynamic
1 min rest, repeat the whole thing!
Thanks to Crabcake for helping me work out the kinks and ruck on/off kinda stuff. Should make it fun the next time we do it.
