Workout:
Modified APFT – 1 Minute PUs AMRAP, 1 Minute SU AMRAP, .5 Mile Run to Rucks
Movement:
Picked up Rucks and and additional 80 lbs of coupons. Rucked 3 miles with stops 3 times for Burpees (10 each stop).
At mile 4, picked up a special coupon (phone pole) for an additional 160 lbs. Finished the final ruck of 1.3 miles.
