3 men came out for a brief rendition of SpearHead.
When Optimus arrived, Perrier and Etch-A-Sketch were already on the move. 2 full laps with Ruck around the Davidson green. Then it was time to get out Nancy (120lb Sandbag) and Not-Grace (60lb Sandbag), tie them up (literally tied together) and take em out to the grass for some beatings (on us).
5 Sets
- 10 OverHead Press; 10 Standing Crunches; 10 Squats
- Mix in a Set of Merkins on the Bags (only once)
- Roll Around a couple times after each set
- Half Way we walked over to the Ledge for some Step Ups….still holding the connected bags. 15 Each Leg, as a group. (only once)
50 Crunches with Bags on Chest. Stop half way and work on your diaphragm. Just like GoRuck…..we went past 50. Get in your mind!
Run down to 2nd street light and back (quarter mile or so)

1. Optimus, thanks for coming out and leading. There is definitely an aspect of GoRuck that F3 doesnt address. Got to love feeling it AFTER the workout. I think I got everything in there, but I am sure I forgot something.
