I don’t know if it was the workout yesterday, the heat, or the new plate, but this workout kicked my ass this morning:

20-to-1 ladder of:
– squats,
– push-ups,
– overhead press,

All done with ruck and a 30# plate.

Perform each exercise, in this order, with the following format:
20 reps
19 reps
18 reps

2 reps
1 rep

You must complete each set of reps in the prescribed order, with the proper one-rep reduction for each round. Each exercise will be worth a total of 210 reps.

Done in 36:08. Beat that time and post your results!
