30 sec. Plank, alternating legs raised out to side
30 Fireman Chops (Cross chops done with ruck in hand)
30 Flutter kicks (rucks held up)
Bear crawl ruck drag

Rest, then repeat!

6 Mile Ruck
Beat a 21:15 pace.
