AMRAP in 30 minutes,
All done with ruck and the ruck never touches the ground:

15 push-ups
15 squats
15 OH press
15 4-count flutter kicks
15 OH hand clap
15 lunges per leg

I got 6 rounds +2 OH press – your goal is to beat that! Post your results.

  1. This was a good workout! Much tougher than I anticipated. Only managed to do 5 rounds + up to 15x 4-count flutter kicks with a 40# ruck. Need to work on my ruck push-ups.
