Then. The ruck fest begins…
Each circuit 3 times
Ruck front squat 15
Ruck Deadlift to overhead press 10
Bag hold (front) 1 minute
Walking lunge (length of gym)
Bear crawl (length of gym)
Sprint (length of gym)
Single arm ruck carries one lap around gym each arm
Sumo overhead squats (aka the Cadre Jesse) 15
Ruck push-ups 10
High Step ups with ruck
FLR 1 minute
And then….
Squat thrusters until failure
