50 yd high knee walk X2
10 4ct jumping jacks
50 yd hurdler’s walk X2
10 4ct pushup
50 yd lunge walk X2
10 burpee pushups
50 yd bear crawl (double time back)
10 buddy squats (I’ll explain in comments)
50 YD crab walk (ruck on chest, walk back)
10 4ct sit up with ruck overhead press.
50 yd fireman carry ( 1 ruck on carrier, switch on return Trip
10 4ct squats
50 yd buddy drag (switch on return trip)

2 mile ruck out.
