The Normandy Workout
Originally done without a ruck but you can add one.

I would suggest the sprint without a ruck, box jumps without a ruck, ruck overhead when doing flutter kicks.

21 Minute AMRAP

0.10 Mile
6 burpees
6 air squats or box jumps
19 push ups
44 flutter kicks
