The Holladay Workout – PATHFINDER WORKOUT

Sgt. John Charlton Holladay, USMC born April 4, 1912 was killed in action July 20, 1943 at Bairoko Harbor on New Georgia Island in the Soloman Islands while engaging the Japanese in WWII. He was assigned to B Company , 1st Marine Raider Battalion, 1st Marine Raider Regiment.

He was 31.

His body and remains were unidentifiable and non-recoverable until DNA evidence positively identified him.  72 years later he returned home and was laid to rest at Florence National Cemetery April 4, 2016 at 11 am.  Welcome home and may you rest in peace.

This workout was created and performed by F3 Pax of Florence to honor this soldier’s valiant service as part of the Greatest Generation where so many gave the ultimate sacrifice.

Arm circles forward and reverse 4 count x 20
Mountain Climbers 4 count x 20
Plank Jacks 4 count x 20
12 Lunges each leg

19 Jumping jacks
12 Squat Jumps

100 yard run

Part 2: 5 Rounds
7 Ruck Sit ups
20 Ruck Burpees
19 Crunches with ruck overhead
43 Flutter Kicks (4 count)
