Ruck 4 miles to get those pre workout miles in!! Shoot for sub 60 minutes (less than 15 minute pace)
Then
Reps of 21 – 15 – 9 of Burpees, Overhead Squats, Pushups, Flutter kicks (Ruck on for burpees and Pushups)
So 21 Burpees, Overhead Squats, Pushups, Flutter kicks then
15 etc then 9 etc
Then 1:4 ratio Burpee/Bear Crawl combo x 15
Do 1 Burpee, then Bear Crawl 4 steps (example:count every time your right hand touches down as 1)
Then 2 Burpees and Bear Crawl 8 steps
Then 3 Burpees and Bear Crawl 12 steps
Then 4 Burpees and Bear Crawl 16 steps….and so on until you finish with 15 Burpees and 60 touches
