PT Tests happen in part and in full and in PATHFINDER, sometimes they all happen at once. (workout to evolve as other standards, pieces evolve)

100 Burpees
1 Mile Run
50 Burpees
1 Mile Run

Then

2 minutes Max Push Ups
2 minutes Max Sit Ups
2 Mile run

Then
20 pull ups
100 crunches
5 Mile ruck in under 75 minutes
