*All exercises with the ruck on unless noted otherwise*

Warm up:
20 4Ct Sun Gods then 20 4Ct in the reverse direction

20 4Ct Jumping Jacks

20 4Ct Mountain Climbers

20 Push Ups

20 4Ct Flutter Kicks with Ruck Overhead

20 Sit ups with ruck on front

Rest 2 minutes.

5 Rounds of:
10 Overhead Squats (hold ruck overhead and then squat) then place ruck on ground and do 10 burpees without a ruck.

5 Rounds of:
10 Ruck Curls and 10 Zerker Squats (hold ruck up on chest)

5 Rounds of:
10 Ruck Thrusters then place ruck on ground and do 10 burpees without a ruck.

Rest 2 minutes.

20 Sit ups with ruck on front

20 4Ct Flutter Kicks with Ruck Overhead

20 Push Ups

20 4Ct Mountain Climbers

20 4Ct Jumping Jacks

20 4Ct Sun Gods then 20 4Ct in the reverse direction

Immediately Ruck 2-4 miles at a moderate pace.
