By now, you’ve done almost every BASIC exercise you’ll encounter in a GORUCK event. Some special ones out there that will be left as surprises because that’s half the fun! The welcome party will most likely have exercise both with rucks on and rucks off so….

Ruck Workout 11

NO RUCK WARM UP…GASP!!
2 Rounds
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Crunches
25 Squats
25 Lunges (each leg)

RUCKS UP!
2 Rounds
25 Jumping Jacks
25 Crunches (ruck overhead)
25 Squats
25 Lunges (each leg)

RUCKS DOWN!
2 Rounds
25 Mountain Climbers
25 Plank Jacks (plank position, legs together and then spread out to the side and then together…)
25 Shoulder touches (plank position…right hand to left shoulder..left hand to right shoulder…)
25 Touch Bear Crawl (each time right hand touches is “1”)

RUCKS UP!
25 Mountain Climbers
25 Plank Jacks (plank position, legs together and then spread out to the side and then together…)
25 Shoulder touches (plank position…right hand to left shoulder..left hand to right shoulder…)
25 Touch Bear Crawl (each time right hand touches is “1”)

Now go ruck at least 4 miles to get your post miles in!
