Beginner? Not anymore…you’ve gone through 12 weeks of training and 12 challenging Ruck Workouts. You chose the harder thing and now you are about to FINISH PATHFINDER and earn your patch.

It doesn’t end here though…keep pushing your limits…this is training and training doesn’t have and end date.

Time to Graduate:

With a ruck…FOR TIME

Ruck 1 mile as fast as possible WITHOUT running then immediately go into:

50 Burpees
50 Thrusters
50 Push Ups
50 Squats

Ruck 1 mile as fast as possible WITHOUT running.

Congrats PATHFINDER…now on to the next 12 weeks…
