Chipper Ruck Workout

This is more working together and pushing one another through the sets. Complete each set together before moving to the next. Runs are without a ruck.

100m Run
15 Ruck Deadlifts
100m Run
15 Overhead Ruck Presses
200m Run
15 Squats (rucks up front)
200m Run
15 Jump Lunges
400m Run
15 Ruck Curls
200m Run
15 Ruck Swings
200m Run
15 Mountain climbers (rucks on) 4 Count
100m Run
15 Ruck Push ups
100m Run

Cool Down

Rucks overhead for 20 crunches and 20 4 count Flutter kicks x 2 rounds

High Fives and Fist Bumps.
