Ruck 1 mile as fast as you can and immediately go into the following pyramid:

50 Jumping Jacks
40 Lunges (20 each leg)
30 Side Lunges (15 each side)
20 Mountain climbers
10 Push ups
20 Mountain climbers
30 Side Lunges (15 each side)
40 Lunges (20 each leg)
50 Jumping Jacks

Finish by rucking another mile as fast as you can.
