PATHFINDER Class 018 Ruck Workout

Inspired by all of you…

Phase 1
9 Sets (Because 18 becomes 1 + 8 = 9)

18 OH Ruck Forward Lunges
18 OH Ruck Reverse Lunges
18 Ruck Swings
18 Ruck Curls
18 Ruck Shoulder Presses
18 Ruck Plank Jacks
18 Ruck Push Ups
18 Ruck Mountain Climbers
18 Ruck 8 Count Body Builders
Thats ONE Round = 162 reps…do the number of rounds based on the program you are in or on the level of suck you want to experience.

Forward: 1 Round
Endure: 2 Rounds
Advanced: 4 Rounds (yeah you know you like it)

It gets better….

Phase 2

12’s (because of the 11/1 Start Date) (Burpees with ruck optional)

11 reps of one exercise and 1 of the other. One set counts down while the other counts up (together the reps total 12…hence the name…I know it’s confusing)

Looks like:
11 Burpees and 1 Ruck Thruster,
10 Burpees and 2 Ruck Thrusters,
9 Burpees and 3 Ruck Thrusters, etc until you reach 1 Burpee and 11 Ruck Thrusters
Total of 66 Burpees and 66 Thrusters
